This privacy policy explains what data we collect through the contact form on this website, why we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over your data, in line with Serbia's Personal Data Protection Act.

Note: this text has been prepared as a serious working policy, but it should still be reviewed by legal counsel before final publication, especially once the company's exact legal name, address and registration details are added.

What data we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your full name, phone number, email address (if you provide one), city, the type of project you're interested in, an approximate budget and timeline (if you select them), and any project description you send us. We collect no data about you unless you fill in and submit the form.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data from the contact form solely to respond to your inquiry and, if things move forward, to prepare a quote for a made-to-measure kitchen or furniture project. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given by checking the consent box before you submit the form.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or share the data from the form with third parties for marketing purposes. For the site to function, data passes through services we use as processors: Resend (for sending email notifications about your inquiry) and Cloudflare (for hosting the site and protecting the form from automated (bot) submissions via Turnstile).

How long we keep your data

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and, if a project moves forward, for as long as we're in contact about it. If no project results, we delete the data no later than 12 months after receiving the inquiry.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent to its processing — simply email us at the address below. You also have the right to file a complaint with Serbia's Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection if you believe your rights have been violated.

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. If site analytics are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated before that happens.
